Back on Weight Watchers Wagon…

I need more structure in my world.

I need goals.

I need to lose the weight I’ve gained.

I’m still going to stay away from refined sugars and “bad” carbs.

So here we go.

My weigh in day is going to be Sunday.

Today was incredible.

Went to the Global Citizen Festival in NYC for the second year in a row.

Performers included:
Tiesto
Alicia Keys
Sting
No Doubt
Fun.
The Roots
Carrie Underwood
Jay Z


And Beyoncé showed up.

Absolutely incredible.

I’m the most sunburnt.

Why yes I am watching Elf….

I don’t care if it’s September the movie makes me happy and it’s pretty much the best thing that has happened all day.

It was tasty even though I don’t love pork.

Considering the following:

Rejoining Weight Watchers.

If I do, I would still be watching my sugar/carb intake, but with my world being so crazy I feel like I need more structure.  It’ll help me stay in check and control of my intake and exercise.
